It has 24 arms with a light bulb at the end of each. When we installed the chandelier, one of the arms was dead, so the bulb didn't light. Both my electrician and architect said they have NEVER seen a business do that. Stacy was 100% helpful, including giving me her personal cell number so I could contact her on her day off.
Friendly people work here who genuinely seem to enjoy helping and answering questions. If only I'd asked at DWR in Portland first I would have saved myself alot of time. Great products, excellent finition and express delivery. I will buy from then again as their service is worth their higher prices. We have worked with Gary Greene at DWR for years. Plain but nice furniture was made in the US a few decades ago, but now is gone. No need to say that these are the best purchases.
